Update email addresses

To change your Flowroute account e-mail address:

(This is the primary contact e-mail address that will be used for account logins and official account notifications. When this email is changed, we will send a confirmation request to the new address.)

Log into your Flowroute Manage Portal

1. Find Preferences on the left side panel
2. The landing page will be Account Information. Scroll down to the Account e-mail address section.
3. Update the e-mail on file with the new e-mail address.
4. Use the Save button located right under this section to apply changes.

To change your Portability e-mail address:

(This e-mail address is specifically only used for information needed by Porting to communicate important Portability information.)

2. The landing page will be Account Information. Scroll down till you see the Portability e-mail address section
3. Update the e-mail on file with the new portability e-mail address.
4. Use the Save button located right under this section to apply changes.
